Marian Pitters

The company is managed by Marian Pitters, the founder. Marian has a depth and breadth of consulting experience in both the not-for-profit and private sectors including Education, Health Services, Retail, Community Services, Manufacturing, Government, Developmental Services, Insurance and Financial Services.

Her practice has been featured in Small Business Magazine, the Globe and Mail and the National Post newspapers. In addition to her practical experience, Marian holds a doctorate in Adult Education and her latest co-authored publication has just been released by Jossey-Bass.

 

 

 

Karen Metcalfe

Karen Metcalfe has been a senior consultant with Pitters Associates for ten years. Karen specializes in community research and information management. She also provides facilitation support, develops client management systems and manages IT systems throughout the company. Karen has taught research methodology at the University of Windsor and consulted on a number of research projects in the Department of Sociology. She is completing her doctoral dissertation at McMaster University and has presented internationally on her research.
